This page explains what information the game collects, why, and who else receives it. It applies to the Android app distributed through Google Play.

The short version

What is collected, and why

DataWhy
Game progress and settings — collection, coins, gems, boxes opened, sound and language settings So you can carry on where you stopped. Stored only on your device (and in the app's own backup storage on the device).
Gameplay events — the game was opened, a box was started or finished, a rare character was revealed, an ad was watched, a purchase was started or completed To see how the game is played and where it needs improving. Sent to Google Firebase Analytics.
Crash reports — the error, the app version, device model and OS version To find and fix crashes. Sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics.
Device and advertising identifiers — the Android advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, approximate country (from the IP address), device type and language Used by the analytics and advertising services below to count sessions, measure ads, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, show personalised ads.
Push notification token (only if you allow notifications) So the game can send occasional notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.
Purchase records — which product was bought and the purchase's order/transaction ID To give you what you paid for exactly once. Payment itself is processed by Google Play under Google's terms.

Who else receives this data

We do not share data with anyone else.

Ads and your choices

Where the law requires it (for example in the EU/EEA and the UK), the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads). Buying the No Ads bundle removes the banner and full-screen ads; rewarded ads stay available only when you choose to watch one.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. No account is required and no personal details are requested at any point. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at the address below and it will be deleted.

Retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the app or use Reset progress in the game's settings. Analytics and crash data are kept by Google for the periods set in their services (analytics events are retained for up to 14 months). Because the game does not collect anything that identifies you by name, we normally cannot link stored data to a person — but if you contact us with your device details and roughly when you played, we will do what we can to locate and delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/EEA or the UK, or the CCPA in California) you may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its processing. Contact us at the address below.

Security

Data sent to Google's services travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect in the game.
