This policy covers the World Snap: Map Jigsaw Android app
(com.game.worldsnap) on Google Play. The same game is also playable in the browser on
game portals; when you play it there, the portal collects its own data under its own privacy
policy, separate from this one, and the browser version has no adverts of ours and no purchases.

The app shows adverts through Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, an advert between levels, and optional adverts you choose to watch in exchange for coins. Google uses the advertising identifier described above to select those adverts. What Google does with it is described in How Google uses data when you use our partners' apps and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can reset or delete that identifier at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device, and you can turn off advert personalisation there. The game keeps working either way; you will simply see less relevant adverts.
The app sells packs of in-game coins. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play — the game never sees, receives or stores your card number, billing address or any other payment detail. Google tells the app only that a purchase succeeded, along with an order identifier.
That order identifier is stored on your device for one reason: so that if the app is closed at the wrong moment, the same purchase is not credited to you twice. It is not sent anywhere. Refunds and purchase history are handled by Google Play, not by us.
The game uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for the in-app activity and crash reports above, and Google AdMob for adverts. Google processes that data as described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.
Apart from Google, and apart from Google Play handling payments, the data is not shared with anyone, and it is not sold.
Your progress, coins, settings and the purchase order identifiers are stored in the app's own storage on your device. Clearing the app's data, or uninstalling the app, removes all of it — including your saved progress, which cannot be recovered afterwards.
This game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over, and is not directed at children under 13. No account is required and no personal details are requested at any point. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this game, please contact us at the address below and it will be deleted.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/EEA or the UK, or the CCPA in California) you may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its processing. Because the game collects nothing that identifies you as a person, we normally cannot link stored records to an individual — but if you contact us with your device model and roughly when you played, we will do what we can to locate and delete the relevant records.
To stop advert-related collection, reset or delete the advertising identifier in your Android settings as described above. To remove everything the game has stored, uninstall the app.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect in the app.
